| 摘 要： | 通过对曼地亚红豆杉播种育苗,扦插育苗的关键技术与影响因子的比较研究与5年育苗实践,建立了实用的曼地亚红豆杉温室无性扦插繁育技术。该技术具有育苗速度快,成活率高,适生性强等特点。对促进曼地亚红豆杉繁育与产业化种植,推动生态建设,带动相关产业的发展,促进区域经济增长奠定了技术基础。 |

| Abstract: | Key techniques in cuttage propagation and influential factors of Taxus media was studied and a set of practical techniques were developed on the bases of practice in recent five years.These tech- niques are superior to the others for faster growth speed,higher propagation ratio,and the stronger plantlets.The success would enhance the industrialized plantation and afforestation of Taxus media, drive the ecologic construction,bring along the development of relevant industries,and have signifi- cances to enhance the district economy progress. |
