广西野生蕉花粉活力及贮藏特性研究

摘    要:以广西野生蕉为试材,研究不同培养液、不同贮藏温度和时间对其花粉萌发率及花粉活力的影响.结果表明,蔗糖培养液对野生蕉花粉萌发具有明显的促进作用,而野生蕉花蜜培养液对花粉萌发的促进作用不明显,且不同来源的花蜜效果差异不明显;不同贮藏温度下野生蕉花粉活力变化存在明显差异,其中冰冻低温(-38℃)的贮藏效果最好,贮藏25 d后仍能保持70%以上的生活力,其次是室温(20~28℃)下贮藏,4℃低温贮藏花粉活力变化最快,贮藏效果最差;野生蕉花粉活力及贮藏特性存在明显的种间差异,实际工作中应根据不同种质的特性选择适宜的培养和贮藏条件,以达到最佳的利用效果.

Abstract:In the present study, the germination rate and viability of Guangxi wild banana pollens were evaluated using different culture media, storage temperature and storage period. The results showed that sucrose solution could enhance the germination of wild banana pollens, while the nectar solution from wild banana as well as from other varieties did not showed significant effects. Significant difference had been observed in viability of wild banana pollens under different storage period, the storage temperature of -38℃ was found to be the best, as it showed more than 70% viability of pollens after storing for 25 days. It was followed by the temperature 20-28℃, where the viability of pollen showed lesser declining compared to those kept at 4℃. Further, the viability and storage characteristics of wild banana pollen showed significant differences in different species and also in the different media, therefore the suitable culture and storage conditions must be chosen to get the best storage effects.
