银耳生物学特性的研究

摘    要:银耳(Tremella fuciformis Berk)孢子接种在琼脂培养基上萌发出菌丝,而后再把菌丝培养成银耳子实体。把银耳菌和耳友菌分剔接种在木村培养基上,都不会生长出银耳子实体。银耳菌和耳友菌混合接种在木材培养基上,就能生长出银耳子实体。因此银耳纯种不宜作为银耳生产中用的菌种,栽培上一定要用银耳混种。试验结果还表明银耳不是木腐菌。

Abstract:The spores of Tremella fuciformis germinated into mycelia on agar medium. The mycelia were then grown into sporocarps. However, the mycelia cannot grow into sporocarps planted on wood substrate. When inoculated side by side with cohabitant fungus, the sporocarps developed. It is found that Tremella fuciformis is not a wood-rotting fungus. Its pure spawn cannot be employed in inoculation for propagation. Tremella fuciformis is unsuitable to propagate in the pure culture. It can only grow into sporocarps, provided its cohabitant fungus is present in the wood substrate. So, in the production of Tremella fuciformis, mixed spawn containing both fungi is usually employed.
