不同抗锈病杨树品种防御酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:选择7个抗性不同的杨树品种N177(锈病免疫树品种)、03-04-111、03-04-97、I108(抗锈病品种)、03-04-141、03-04-170(感病品种)、青13(乡土品种)为研究对象,进行了染病与健康叶片5种防御酶活性的对比分析。结果表明:不同抗性杨树品种受落叶松-杨栅锈菌浸染后,5种酶的活性均比健康叶片高,其中PAL的活性提高了2.3%~107.0%、PPO活性提高了1.7%~234.4%、POD活性提高了9.3%~104.1%、几丁质酶活性提高了10.1%~70.0%、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性提高了2.3%~66.2%;感染落叶松-杨栅锈病后,每个杨树品种的防御酶活性变化差异较大,其中抗锈病品种的PPO、PAL酶活性增量最大,锈病免疫树品种的几丁质酶活性增量最大,乡土品种的β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性增量最大,而感病品种的5种酶活性变化幅度均较低。综合结果表明,在杨树抗锈病研究中,可用PPO、PAL酶活性作为选择抗性品种参考指标,几丁质酶活性作为选择免疫品种参考指标。

Study on Changes of Defense Enzymatic Activity for Different Populus with Melampsora Resistance

Abstract:Taking 7 varieties of populus with different disease resistance,N177(Melampsora immunation variety),03-04-111,03-04-97,I108(Melampsora resistance variety),03-04-141,03-04-170(susceptible variety)and Qing 13(native variety)as research objects,this paper tried to comparatively analyze 5 kinds of defense enzymatic activities toward infected and healthy leaves.Results showed that after populus with different resistance being infected by Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.,5 kinds of enzymatic activities of infected leaves were all higher than healthy leaves′activity of PAL has increased by 2.3%~107.0%,activity of PPO 1.7%~234.4%,activity of POD 9.3%~104.1%,activity of chitinase 10.1%~70.0% and activity of β-N-Acetyl-D-glucosaminidase 2.3%~66.2%.After being infected by Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.changes of defense enzymatic activities for each populus were quite different,in which enzymatic activity of PPO and PAL had increased most for Melampsora resistance varieties,enzymatic activity of chitinase most for Melampsora immunation varieties,enzymatic activity of β-N-Acetyl-D-glucosaminidase most for native varieties.However,enzymatic activities of 5 kinds of susceptible varieties had increased lower.Considering all the factors above,for the study on Melampsora spp resistance,enzymatic activity of PPO and PAL could be taken as a reference indexs for resistant varieties selection,and enzymatic activity of chitinase for immune varieties selection.
