红参保压蒸制技术研究

摘    要:保压蒸锅蒸制红参可行性的研究结果表明,保压蒸制时间以40 min为宜。在相同药材规格样品条件下,保压蒸制红参在性状上与常压蒸制红参差异不大;产品为棕红色,半透明,色泽稳定。保压蒸制红参可行,条件易控,耗时少,损耗小,品质好。

Abstract:Study on feasibility of constant pressure steam processing of Radix Ginseng Rubra.Results showed that the best steaming time of constant pressure steam was 40 min.With the same specifications of Radix Ginseng Rubra,there was no obvious difference in sense characters between the constant pressure steam and atmospheric pressure steam.The products were all with stable color,brownish red and semitransparent.Constant pressure steam was feasible and reliable for processing Radix Ginseng Rubra,which was low time consuming,low effective components losing and easy to control.
