2种植物磷含量的检测方法比较研究

摘    要:钼锑抗检测法和钒钼黄检测法2种比色法的比较研究结果表明,2种比色方法的检测结果完全一致,钼锑抗比色法适宜检测磷含量较低的样品,如小麦、玉米、花生秸秆及小麦、玉米籽粒;钒钼黄比色法适宜检测磷含量较高的样品,如花生籽粒。

Abstract:comparative study of 2 kind of colorimetric comparison method including molybdenum antimony resistance detecting method and vanadium molybdenum yellow detecting method showed that,the result of two colorimetric comparison method was consistent,molybdenum antimony resistance detecting method was suitable to detect the samples with low phosphorus content,such as wheat,corn,peanuts,maize and wheat straw.Vanadium molybdenum yellow colorimetry method was suitable to detect the samples with higher phosphorus contain,such as peanut kernel.
