农民工融入城市的户籍制度改革探讨

在城乡一体化发展的新形势下,游弋于城市与农村之间的特殊群体——农民工的身份和角色问题日益凸显,打破二元结构推进户籍制度改革的呼声日益高涨。该文认为户籍是制约农民工融入城市的瓶颈,也是阻碍城乡统筹发展的顽石。提出户籍制度改革是农民工融入城市的前提,也是实现城乡统筹发展的要求;拥有城市户籍是农民工融入城市的象征,也是促进城乡统筹发展的源泉,以期促进户籍制度改革。

Discussion on Migrant Workers Integrating into City by Household Registration System Reform

In the new situation of the urban and rural integrated development,the special groups,the migrant workers,between urban and rural areas whose problem of identity and role have become increasingly prominent.Increasingly,the voice of breaking the dual structure to promote the reform of household registration system is rising.This paper argued that the household registration confusion was the bottleneck of restricting migrant workers integrate into the city,but also hinder the balanced development of urban and rural areas.The household registration system reform was the premise of migrant workers integrating into the city,but also to achieve the requirements of the balanced development of urban and rural areas.The possession of urban household registration was the symbol of migrant workers ingetgrating into the city,but also the source to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas,so as to promote the reform of household registration system.
