| 摘 要： | 介绍了匙吻鲟后备亲鱼培育技术试验,根据匙吻鲟自然繁殖习性及生态环境特点,针对性地设计出一套后备亲鱼培育的技术方案,初步取得了预期的效果,并对当前相关技术难点提出了理论性探讨,为批量化生产和培育高品质、人工繁殖用匙吻鲟亲鱼提供理论参考和技术支撑。

| Abstract: | The aquiculture technology of reserve broodstock of Polyodon spathula was introduced.According to the natural breeding habits and characteristics of ecological environment,a set of aquiculture technology of reserve broodstock of Polyodon spathula was designed,and expected effect was obtained.The difficulties related were discussed theoretically,so as to provide theoretical reference and technical support for mass production of high-quality broodstock of Polyodon spathula by artificial breeding. |
