摘    要:在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应曲面分析法优化复合酶法提取山茱萸多糖的工艺条件。响应面分析结果表明,由纤维素酶2.0%、果胶酶2.0%、中性蛋白酶1.5%组成的复合酶,在浸提时间69min,浸提温度50℃,pH值3.8时,酶法提取山茱萸多糖的得率最高,山茱萸多糖实际最大提取得率为5.54%。

Abstract:Based on the results of one-factor-at-a-time-technique method, a threeqevel Box-Behnken factorial design was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM) to optimize the extraction conditions for the yield of Fructus Corni polysaccharide with compound enzymes. The optimal extract conditions are as follows. 2.0 % cellulase, 2.0 % pectic enzyme and 1.5% neutral protease, enzymolysis temperature 50℃, treatment 69 min at pH3.8. The extraction rate of Fructus Corni polysaccharide is 5.54% under these conditions.
