不同土壤类型白榆种子贮藏物质的动态变化

摘    要:通过对中西部5个不同土壤类型,15个地区的白榆种子贮藏物质变化的研究,旨在丰富白榆种质资源的研究,并为白榆在西部风沙区的科学种植提供理论依据.以采集的当年生成熟的白榆种子为材料,对其发芽率、发芽势和在萌发过程中的淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量和SOD、POD酶活性进行研究.不同土壤类型区白榆种子发芽率和发芽势由高到低依次为褐土>荒漠土>黄棕壤>棕钙土>黄绵土;褐土类型区种子淀粉含量最高,黄绵土类型区种子淀粉含量最低,72 h种子中可溶性糖含量的比较结果为黄绵土>棕钙土>黄棕壤>荒漠土>褐土;相同时间、不同土壤类型区SOD和POD酶活性在大部分时间达到极显著差异水平,5个土壤类型SOD和POD活性的最大值比较结果为褐土>荒漠土>黄棕壤>棕钙土>黄绵土.综合各项指标得出5个不同土壤类型白榆种子贮藏物质变化存在显著差异,种子活力高低依次为褐土>荒漠土>黄棕壤>棕钙土>黄绵土.

Abstract:The study compared the dynamic changes of storage material in Ulmus pumila L.seeds of fifteen areas five different soil types, aim to rich the research of Ulmus pumila L.germplasm resources and provide theoretical base for scientific planting in west ern sandy area.The mature seeds of one year old were collected and the seed germination percentage, seed germination energy, the content of starch, soluble sugar were researched, the different activities of SOD, POD were also measured.The germination percentage and germination energy of Ulmus pumila L.from different soil types were: cinnam on soil > desert soil> yellow brown soil> brown soil> loessal soil, the seeds from cinnamon soil had the highest starch content and the lowest was from loessal soil.Comparing the content of soluble sugar at the seventy two hours were: loessal soil> brown soil> yellow brown soil> desert soil > cinnam on soil, SOD and POD activities of different soil types showed extremely significant difference at the most same hour.The results of SOD and POD enzymes activity maximum value were: cinnamon soil > desert soil> yellow brown soil> brown soil> loessal soil There were significantly differences in the storage materials content in Ulmus pumila L.seeds from different soil types.The vigor of seeds were cinnam on soil > desert soil> yellow brown soil> brown soil> loessal soil.
