摘    要:该文通过试验研究了玉米秸秆在稀酸水解过程中糠醛类物质的产生规律和主要影响因素。试验结果表明:己糖转化为羟甲基糠醛的反应是水解液中糠醛类物质产生的主要原因,而戊糖向糠醛的转化率较低。影响水解液中糠醛类物质浓度最大的因素是还原糖浓度,在所有系列试验中糠醛浓度同还原糖浓度均显著相关;水解时间对水解液中糠醛类物质浓度有显著影响,糠醛浓度随着水解时间的增加而升高;稀硫酸0.5%~2.5%浓度的范围内能够有效提高己糖向羟甲基糠醛的转化效率;而固含物和水解温度在试验条件下对糠醛类物质的产生没有显著影响。

Abstract:The formation regularity of the furfurals and main influencing factors during the dilute acid hydrolysis of corn stalks were studied. The results showed that the conversion reaction of hexose into hydroxymethyl furfural was the primary cause of forming the furfurals, and the efficiency of pentose transforming into furfural was lower. The concentration of reducing sugar was the largest factor which affected the concentration of the furfurals in the hydrolysate, and the concentration of the furfurals significantly correlated with the concentration of reducting sugar in test series. Due to the distinct influence of hydrolysis time on the concentration of the furfurals, the concentration of the furfurals was increased with the increase of hydrolysis time. Moreover, within the concentration range of 0.5%-2.0% of the diluted sulfuric acid, it could improve efficiently the conversion of hexose to hydroxymethyl furfural. Under the experimental conditions, the hydrolysis temperature and solid content had no obvious influence on the formation of the furfurals.
