三种不同工艺对烤烟烟叶烘烤效果研究

摘    要: 采用菲莫烘烤工艺、三段烘烤工艺和经验烘烤工艺,对同质鲜烟叶进行烘烤。结果表明:菲莫工艺比三段工艺优,比经验工艺更好。可缩短烘烤时间18~32 h,每kg干烟叶节约烤煤0.11~0.25 kg;中上等烟比例增加5.0%~26.3%,桔黄色烟叶多11.2%~30.2%,干鲜比值大,杂色烟减少,色度和闻香佳;上部烟叶均价增加,效果好于中部烟叶,更好于下部烟叶。

Abstract:Cured were carried out for the same quality tobacco leaf with Phillip-Moris, three stage, and experienced cured techniques. The results indicated: Phillip-Moriss cured technique is best technique than three stage and experienced technique. It can shorten cured time 18~32 h, save coal 0.11~0.25 kg in tobacco leaf/kg, improve middling and high-quality tobacco proportion 5.0~26.3%, and increase top tobacco leaf average value.
