摘    要:通过热泵干燥与传统的自然晒干和热风干燥比较,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定金线莲多糖含量。结果表明:采用热泵干燥的金线莲多糖得率最高,经分离纯化后多糖含量达10.24%,且外观品质好,干燥时间短。

Abstract:In the experiment, the author used different drying method heat pump drying, natural drying and hot air drying to dry Anoectochilus in order to find out the best drying way of Anoectochilus. With Phenol-Sulphate eolorimetry to detect the Polysaccharides content in Anoectochilus, the result showed that the highest content was the product treated by heat pump drying, the content of polysaccharide was up to10.24% after separation and purification; the exterior quality of dry Anoectochilus was good, and heat pump drying used less time. So we can say heat pump drying has significant advantages in the Anoectochilus production.
