| Abstract: | Improving it＇ s quality, cultivate high-quality technical talents suitable for regional economic and social development is vocational education＇ s foundation. Improve teachers＇ professional abilities, improving the quality of teaching is the key to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Knowledge, the learning style of students and the students themselves in vocational education are different, which makes teacher specialization has its special connotation. This paper will focus on the situational teaching method based on clarifying the particularity of vocational education, to explore the significance of situational teaching on vocational teacher specialization. |
