情境教学与职业教育教师专业化

摘    要:职业教育中的知识、学生学习方式和学生本身具有特殊性,使得职业教育教师专业化具有特殊的内涵。在厘清职业教育教师专业化特殊性的基础上聚焦职业教育的情景教学,探讨开展情境教学对职业教育教师专业化的意义。

Abstract:Improving it' s quality, cultivate high-quality technical talents suitable for regional economic and social development is vocational education' s foundation. Improve teachers' professional abilities, improving the quality of teaching is the key to improve the quality of talent cultivation. Knowledge, the learning style of students and the students themselves in vocational education are different, which makes teacher specialization has its special connotation. This paper will focus on the situational teaching method based on clarifying the particularity of vocational education, to explore the significance of situational teaching on vocational teacher specialization.
