| 摘 要： | 科技查新机构会遇到各种类型的企业委托人,查新员应充分发挥主观能动性,做好沟通工作,保证查新报告高质量完成。分析了查新人员的构成,查新结果的三种接待方式和不同类型的委托人应该怎样应对,目的是为科研工作的有效开展提供准确的文献参考服务。
