樟子松种子萌发与氨基酸变化关系的研究

摘    要:研究了樟子松种子萌发过程中不同部位18种氨基酸的变化,结果表明,在萌发过程中种胚和胚乳的苯丙氨酸含量随发芽时间延长逐渐增高,胚乳内谷氨酸及谷氨酰胺,天冬氨酸及天冬酰胺的含量随萌发过程的延长都有下降的趋势,而种胚中,前者在萌发的第6d达到最大值,后者在萌发过程中持续增加。胚乳和种胚内的碱性氨基酸(赖氨酸+精氨酸+组氨酸)在胚根突破种皮后逐渐下降。

Abstract:This paper dealt with the changes of 18 kinds of amino acids in Pinus sylvestrisseed.The results showed that the phenylalanine in endosperms and embryos increased dur-ing the germination of the seed;Glutanmic acid plus glutamine and aspartis acid plus as-paragine in endosperms decreased with the germination progressing,but in embryos,theformer reached its maximum on the 6th day while the later increased gradually after thegermination.The total of basic amino acids(lysine plus histidine plus arginine)in en-dosperms and embryos decreased after the seed coat broke up.
