乙酰甘草次酸甲酯的合成与表征

摘    要:以甘草酸为原料,以杂多酸作为催化剂,采用水热法合成了乙酰甘草次酸甲酯;采用元素分析、薄层层析、质谱和红外光谱等方法表征了所合成的产物。

Abstract:Methyl Glycyrrhetate Acetate was synthesized successfully by hydrothermal method with Glycyrrhizic Acid while using Heteropoly Acid as catalyst.The samples were characterized by the element analysis,thin layer chromatography(TLC),fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and Mass Spectroscopy(MS) techniques et al.
