| 摘 要： | 学校德育应通过各种途径渗透到学校的各方面工作中来,我们应"内外兼修",转变教育思想和育人观念,充分发挥学校在加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的主渠道、主阵地作用,针对当前青少年思想品德出现的新情况,把握好青少年思想道德建设工作的正确方向,让我们的德育工作能贴近学生生活,贴近青少年健康成长的需要。

| Abstract: | The moral education should permeate all sides of the school work by all possible means.In order to make our moral education approach students'life and adolescents' healthy development,we should educate our students by using external educating methods and entering the students' internal world,change our educational ideas and cultivating concepts,make full use of the main channels of enhancing and improving adolescents' minds and moral construction,master the exact directions of adolescents' minds and moral constrcution aimed at the new trend of the students'growing and developing. |
