摘    要:采用Solidworks设计软件的三维建模功能对外槽轮式排种器进行设计,将三维模型通过Solidworks软件与3DVIA Composer的数据接口将模型导入到3DVIA Composer软件环境中,通过渲染、虚拟装配和运动仿真等功能,对排种器的工作过程进行虚拟运动仿真和试验,直观掌握排种器的真实工作情况,为确保播种机的整机工作性能提供设计依据。

Abstract:Solidworks was adopted to design external trough wheel seed metering device.Three-dimensional model was lead to 3DVIA Composer by data joggle between Solidworks and 3DVIA Composer.It simulated the movement process and experiment of external trough wheel seed metering device by apply colors to model,assembly and movement simulation.Work situation could be known well and it could provide the basis for the planter in the future.
