ICP-MS测定花草茶中金属元素含量

摘    要:采用干化法对花草茶样品进行前处理,利用电感耦合等电子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时测定了样品中As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sr、Mn、Cu和Zn 8种金属元素的含量。结果表明,采用ICP-MS法测得的加标回收率为90.3%~109.4%,样品重复性相对标准偏差为1.38%~8.19%。该法相比原子吸收光谱法,操作简单,快速准确,适用于花草茶中多种元素的同时快速确证检测。

Abstract:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(IC-MS)with dry ashing digestion was applied to determine arsenic,chromium,cadmium,lead,strontium,manganese,copper and zinc in Herb Tea.In addition,the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.3%~109.4% and RSD was 1.38%~8.19%.It indicated that the method was simple,rapid,accurate which could meet demand for determining heavy metal elements in herb tea.
