濒危植物沉水樟的扦插繁殖

摘    要:采用3因素3水平的正交设计对沉水樟扦插繁殖进行研究。结果表明:3种因素中,沉水樟穗条径级大小对扦插成活率影响最大;ABT浓度对扦插成活率影响其次;穗条来源对扦插成活率影响最小。沉水樟无性扦插繁殖的最优组合为径级0.55-0.70 cm的萌生穗条和100×10-6mol.L-1ABT浓度处理,该配方可在南方林区推广应用。

Abstract:Cuttage seedlings of Cinnamomun micranthum Hayata was carried out by the orthogonal test design methods with 3 factors and 3 levels.The results showed that the cutting diameter of C.micranthum has the biggest influence on its cuttage survival rate,followed by the ABT concentration and the cutting origin′s influence was the least of the 3 experimental factors.The most optimum combination for cuttage seedlings of C.micranthum was 0.55-0.70 cm diameter-class of the cuttings from sprout stump after 100×10-6 mol·L-1 ABT concentration treatment.
