摘    要:为了研究粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土基本力学性能和工作性能的影响,对粉煤灰掺量为17%、20%、30%和40%的自密实混凝土进行坍落度、扩展度、立方体抗压强度、立方体劈裂抗拉强度、棱柱体轴心抗压强度以及弹性模量试验,同时测得相应的应力-应变曲线,并对其作数据拟合。基于试验和分析结果,粉煤灰掺量存在一个合理的范围,当掺入比例适当时,能有效的改善自密实混凝土的工作性能,但对强度有影响,早期强度降低较多。本次试验为粉煤灰合理的工程应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the impact of fly ash on the basic mechanical properties and performance of the self-compacting concrete,the experiment on the slump,extended degree,cube compressive strength,cube splitting tensile strength,prism axial compressive strength and modulus of the self-compacting concrete with different fly ash content of 17%,20%,30% and 40% was carried out.And the corresponding stress-strain curves as well as the data fitting were measured.The experimental and analysis results showed that there was a reasonable range of the fly ash content,which could effectively improve the performance of the self-compacting concrete with appropriate ratio,but it affected the strength with lower intensity in early period.This experiment provided theoretical basis for the reasonable engineering application of the fly ash.
