| 摘 要： | 采用室内生物测定法,以白三叶、高羊茅、早熟禾3种草坪植物为受体,研究不同质量浓度的斑地锦水浸提液对3种受体植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:①浸提液均对3种受体植物幼苗的根长存在显著抑制作用,抑制作用随浸提液含量的升高而增强;浸提液对白三叶的抑制综合效应(SE)最强.②质量浓度为0.01和 0.02 g·mL-1的浸提液对高羊茅和早熟禾的幼苗株高有促进作用,质量浓度为0.01 g·mL-1浸提液对白三叶和早熟禾的种子活力有促进作用,但促进作用不显著.化感物质定性试验显示,斑地锦水浸提液中含有酚类化感物质.

| Abstract: | By means of bioassay in laboratory,the effect of different concentrations of aqueous extract from Euphorbia maculata on seed germination and seedling growth of three lawn plants,including Trifolium repens,Festuca arundinacea and Poa pratensis,were studied in this paper.The results showed that:(1) The aqueous extract of Euphorbia maculata could inhibit the seedling root length of three receptor plants significantly,and this inhibition strengthened with the increasing concentration.Among the three receptor pl... |
