| 摘 要： | 为有效治理挥发性有机污染物,控制挥发性有机污染物总量排放,提出了规范工艺原理、控制能力核查,规范挥发性有机污染物排放口、监测点位及其许可排放限值核查,形成有效的证据链、数据链、管理责任链和技术责任链,为进一步加强VOCs排放监督管理工作提供了有效的技术支撑与保证,以防止弄虚作假行为。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively control volatile organic pollutants and control the total emission of volatile organic pollutants,this paper further standardizes the process principles,controls capacity verification,standardizes the verification of volatile organic pollutants discharge outlets,and monitors sites and their permitted discharge limits.Effective evidence chain,data chain,management responsibility chain and technical responsibility chain are formed in order to provide effective technical support and guarantee for VOCs emission supervision and management and to prevent fraud. |
