| 摘 要： | 指出了“十三五”期间,在博州经济快速增长的同时,生态环境质量保持了平稳向好的趋势。在分析2015年以来环境质量变化趋势的基础上,总结了空气和水环境质量变化的特点,分析了环境质量变化中存在的问题,并就环境质量的持续改善提出了对策与建议,以供参考。

| Abstract: | During the″13th Five-Year Plan″period,the ecological and environmental quality of Bortala keeps its steady progress while the economy is growing rapidly.In this paper,the change of atmospheric and aquatic environment is summarized and the challenge under this change is analyzed.Strategies and advice for better environmental quality are also proposed. |
