摘    要:由于城市污水处理厂在污水处置过程中产生污泥,污泥中存在有机物、重金属等超标污染物,如不能有效处理将对水源、空气和土壤环境造成污染,以苏州某污水处理厂存量污泥处置项目为研究对象,结合项目实施阐述了环境监理在污泥处置施工阶段的工作程序、二次污染防治、控制要点等内容,对处置过程中污泥开挖、固化稳定化、阻隔填埋等监理过程中控制难点和问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的建议,以期为后续污泥处置项目在施工阶段的环境监理提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection.In the process of sewage disposal,municipal sewage treatment plants produce sludge,which contains organic matter,heavy metals and other pollutants exceeding the standard.If it cannot be effectively treated,it will pollute the water source,air and soil environment.In this paper,a sewage treatment plant sludge disposal project in Suzhou City is taken as the research object.Combined with the implementation of the project,the working procedures,secondary pollution prevention and control points of environmental supervision in the construction stage of sludge disposal are elaborated.The control difficulties and problems in the supervision process of sludge excavation,solidification and stabilization and barrier landfill are considered and discussed,which can provide reference for environmental supervision of subsequent sludge disposal projects in the construction stage.
