紫花苜蓿多父本F1代低蒸腾及产量性状的隶属函数分析

摘    要:为选育低蒸腾的高产抗旱苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种,本试验以‘武功’、‘三得利’、‘Sardi10’、‘陇南1号’、‘WL168HQ’、‘WL343HQ’、‘WL656HQ’、‘WL712’、‘WL903’进行多父本杂交,并从F1代选出母本为‘WL903’的WL903-1#—WL903-7#和母本为‘Sardi10’的Sardi10-1#—Sardi10-5#共12个株系作为试验材料,进行蒸腾特性和产量相关性状分析。结果表明:12个株系隶属函数综合评价顺序为Sardi10-5#>Sardi10-4#>WL903-4#>Sardi10-1#>WL903-2#>WL903-1#>WL903-6#>WL903-7#>Sardi10-2#>WL903-3#>Sardi10-3#>WL903-5#。本研究结果表明,Sardi10-5#和Sardi10-4#为低蒸腾、高产的理想株系。

Abstract:In order to breed alfalfa (Medicago sativa) varieties with high yield,low transpiration and drought resistance,‘Wugong’,‘Sanditi’,‘Sardi10’,‘Longnan No.1’,‘WL168HQ’,‘WL343HQ’,‘WL656HQ’,‘WL712’,and ‘WL903’ were used for multi-parent hybridization in the experiment. A total of 12 strains of WL903-1#—WL903-7# with female parent ‘WL903’ and Sardi10-1#—Sardi10-5# with female parent ‘Sardi10’ were selected as experimental materials for transpiration characteristics and yield-related traits analysis. The comprehensive evaluation order of the membership function of 12 strains was:Sardi10-5# > Sardi10-4# > WL903-4# > Sardi10-1# > WL903-2# > WL903-1# > WL903-6# > WL903-7# > Sardi10-2# > WL903-3# > Sardi10-3# > WL903-5#. The results showed that Sardi10-5# and Sardi10-4# were ideal strains with low transpiration and high yield.
