摘    要:利用双掺离子型表面活性剂改性动物蛋白发泡剂母液制备了导热系数优良的超高性能泡沫混凝土。实验结果表明:制备干密度为700 kg/m 3的泡沫混凝土,双掺LAS和K12两种离子型表面活性剂的浓度都为1.0 g/L时,制取的泡沫稳定性最佳,制备的泡沫混凝土试件导热系数平均值为0.1583 W/(m·K),此时的保温隔热效果最佳。

Abstract:The modified foaming agent solution was prepared from the mother liquor of the modified animal protein foaming agent,and the ultra-high performance foam concrete with excellent thermal conductivity was prepared.The test results show that foam concrete with dry density of 700 kg/m3 was prepared.When the concentration of double doped LAS and K12 ionic surfactants was 1.0 g/L,the foam stability was the best.The average thermal conductivity of the foam concrete specimen was 0.1583 W/(m·K),and the thermal insulation effect was the best.
