摘    要:采用单因素随机区组设计,开展了5种不同容器规格(13 cm×18 cm、12 cm×16 cm、10 cm×15 cm、9 cm×13 cm、8 cm×11 cm)对杉木幼苗培育的影响的试验,结果表明:5种容器规格培育的杉木幼苗生长量和生物量间差异显著。容器规格为13 cm×18 cm培育的杉木幼苗的生长量和生物量明显优于其它4个容器规格,提高了苗木质量。相比较容器规格为8 cm×11 cm,苗高、地径、冠幅、主根长、地上部分干重、地下部分干重、全株干重分别高出1.53%,33.61%,54.62%,17.56%,63.72%,68.97%和65.23%。容器规格为13 cm×18 cm的育苗成本为0.675元/株。

Abstract:The effects of container size on the growth and biomass of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings were studied by using single factor randomized block design.The materials of tested containers were non-woven fabric.Five sizes of containers were tested,namely 13 cm×18 cm,12 cm×16 cm,10 cm×15 cm,9 cm×13 cm and 8 cm×11 cm respectively.After 6 months cultivation,the growth and biomass of tested Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings were measured and the data were analyzed.It was found that the seedlings cultivated using the containers of 13 cm×18 cm got significantly higher growing performance than the other four container sizes.Compared with the container size of 8 cm×11 cm,the seedling height,basal diameter,crown width,main root length,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight and whole plant dry weight were increased by 1.53%,33.61%,54.62%,17.56%,63.72%,68.97%and 65.23%respectively.The cost of raising seedlings with container size of 13×18 cm is 0.645 yuan/plant.
