“三全育人”视角下高校辅导员的定位与发展

指出了高校辅导员作为高校教师中的一员,其核心工作就是高校大学生的政治教育工作,是学生在思想政治上的“引路人”。通过结合当前“三全育人”的时代背景,对高校辅导员的角色定位进行了分析,提出了新时期下高校辅导员要进一步发挥好传播者、执行者和沟通者的作用,而对辅导员的发展有3点建议:①要在工作中突出辅导员思政教育的优势,②要充分融入学生学习生活中,③要将“管”和“教”有机融合在一起,更好地胜任工作岗位,实现岗位价值。

Orientation and Development of College Counselors From the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive of Education"

As one of the teachers in colleges and universities,the core work of college counselors is the political education of college students and the“Guide”of students in ideology and politics.Based on the analysis of the role orientation of college counselors in the context of the current"Three Comprehensive of Education",this paper puts forward that college counselors should further play the role of communicator,executor and communicator in the new era.At the same time,three suggestions were put forward for the development of counsellors.One is to highlight the advantages of counselors’ideological and political education in their work;the other is to fully integrate into the students’study and life and the third is to organically integrate"management"and"teaching"together so as to be competent for the job and realize the value of the job.
