某工业园区地块土壤和地下水环境调查与评估

摘    要:为考察某工业园区企业清拆退场后地块的环境污染状况,通过分析地块用地历史、企业生产情况等,制定了调查方案,并进行了采样和检测工作。此次调查工作布设34个土壤点位、设置10口地下水监测井,采集108个土壤样品、11套水样品,检测因子主要为pH值、重金属、挥发性有机物、半挥发性有机物、石油烃。结果表明:土壤样品中各检测因子检出浓度均低于《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第二类用地筛选值,地下水样品中各检测因子检出浓度均低于《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848-2017)中Ⅳ类水限值。根据地块土壤和地下水检测结果,该地块满足第二类用地要求,无需进行进一步的环境详细调查和人体健康风险评估工作。

Abstract:In order to investigate the environmental pollution status of a certain industrial park after enterprise clearance and exit,through the analysis of the land use history and the production situation of the enterprise,the investigation plan is formulated.Sampling and testing are carried out.In this survey,34 soil locations,10 groundwater monitoring wells,108 soil samples and 11 sets of water samples were collected.The detection factors include pH value,heavy metal content,volatile organic compounds,semi-volatile organic compounds and petroleum hydro carbon.The results showed that the concentrations of each detection factor in the soil samples were lower than the screening criteria for the second-class land specified in the standard for Soil Environmental Quality Risk Control for Soil Contamination of Development Land(Trial)(GB36600-2018).While those in groundwater samples were lower than ClassⅣspecified in the Standard for Groundwater Quality(GB/T 14848-2017).According to test results of soil and groundwater,the plot meets the requirements of second-class land,and further detailed environmental investigation and human health risk assessment are not required.
