火焰石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计的期间核查及问题探讨

摘    要:指出了检测仪器设备在检定/校准期间内必须进行期间核查,以确保检测仪器设备处于良好的正常状态,从而保证检测数据的准确可靠。依据JJG 694-2009《原子吸收分光光度计检定规程》,对单位实验室在用的火焰石墨炉一体化原子吸收分光光度计进行了期间核查。核查内容包括测量线性R,检出限,测量重复性,线性误差和准确性,各项核查结果都能满足JJG 694-2009《原子吸收分光光度计检定规程》中规定的性能要求,从而确保了仪器检测结果的可信度,同时对期间核查出现的一些问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The testing instrument and equipment must be checked during the verification/calibration period to ensure that the testing instrument and equipment are in good normal condition and thus ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.According to the procedure for the determination of JJG 694-2009 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer Verification Regulations,the flame graphite furnace integrated atomic absorption spectrophotometer used in our laboratory is checked during the period.The verification contents include measuring linear R,detection limit,measuring repeatability,linear error and accuracy.All the verification results can meet the performance requirements stipulated in the JJG 694-2009 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer Determination Procedure.In order to ensure the reliability of the instrument test results,some problems about the period verification are discussed.
