“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员协同联动机制构建路径研究

指出了“三全育人”是新时代对高校教育教学提出的新要求,也是社会转型升级期间综合型人才培养的指导思想。在分析了高校辅导员协同联动机制构建必要性的基础上,阐述了“三全育人”理念,并在“三全育人”视域下提出了通过高校辅导员与思政课教师、班主任、学生家长、领导部门以及企业负责人等构建协同联动机制,共促教育教学工作的长效发展。

Research on the Construction Path of Collaboration Mechanism for College Counselors From the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"

"Three Complete Education"is a new requirement for higher education and teaching in the new era.It is also the guiding ideology for cultivating comprehensive talents in the period of social transformation and upgrading.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of constructing the mechanism of college counselors'cooperation,this paper explains the"three complete education".This paper puts forward the construction of cooperative linkage mechanism through college counselors,ideological and political teachers,class teachers,students'parents,leading departments and enterprise leaders,so as to promote the long-term development of education and teaching.
