| 摘 要： | 本文对宅基地管理存在的主要问题、原因进行了初步研究之后,结合Com GIS技术,对宅基地管理信息系统的结构、功能等进行了初步设计,并阐述了系统实现的关键技术,以期为宅基地管理工作提供一个可行的信息管理实现方案.

| Abstract: | The article discusses the problem of the management of the peasants' homesteads,and then mainly introduces the design of the Peasants' Homesteads Management Information System.The system uses the method of Com GIS to visually manage the spatial information,space attribute information and compensation for the requisition of lands and dismantlement of houses. |
