摘    要:目的]为获得初步优化的发酵工艺条件及提高绿粘帚霉的发酵产量提供依据。方法]通过单因子和正交试验研究了一系列主要培养条件(碳源、氮源、营养性因素、非营养性因素)对该菌株抗茵活性的影响。结果]菌株RCEF4099最佳液体培养基配方为:40%葡萄糖、0.5%白砂糖、1.5%干酵母、0.02%K2HPO。;最佳培养条件为:装液量40/100ml(V/V),接种量10%(V/V),培养时间为5d,摇床转速160r/min。结论]获得了初步优化的发酵工艺条件。
