摘    要:研究了盐胁迫对辣椒种子萌发的影响及外源Mn^2+对盐胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明:盐胁迫对辣椒种子婚萌发具有抑制作用,随着盐浓度的增大,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均下降;在盐胁迫下,一定浓度的外源Mn^2+对盐胁迫具有一定的缓解作用,可增强辣椒种子对盐胁迫环境的适应性。

Abstract:The effect of salt stress on the germination of hot pepper seed and the mitigating action of exogenous Mn^2+ on salt stress were studied in this test. The results showed that the seed germination of hot pepper was inhibited by salt stress, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index all decreased with the increase of salt concentration. An appropriate concentration of exogenous Mn^2+ could alleviate the action of salt stress to some degree, and improve the adaptability of hot pepper seed to the salt stress environment.
