大果蔷薇种子的休眠与萌发研究

摘    要:目的]为大果蔷薇的开发利用提供依据。方法]以大果蔷薇种子为材料,测定了种子质量、透水性、发芽率、神胚中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量并对种子内萌发抑制物进行了生物鉴定。结果]大果蔷薇种子的千粒重为37.87g。夹裂种子及对照种子的透水性明显好于酸处理的种子。有、无内皮的种胚在催芽4d后的发芽率均为l%。经甲醇浸提外种皮的抑制物处理后,小白菜平均发芽率为44.5%;而用甲醇浸提种胚中的抑制物处理后,小白菜平均发芽率为84.0%。层积处理和赤霉素处理后再层积处理可明显增加种胚的可溶性糖含量,后者可溶性蛋白质含量可增加2.1%。结论]大果蔷薇种子休眠的主要原因是外种皮含有少量抑制物质和胚中含有大量抑制物质。
