水资源序贯多指标系统动态权重模糊决策模型及其应用

摘    要:为克服以往水资源多阶段优化模型中定权重的不足,本文建立了水资源序贯多指标系统动态权重模糊决策模型,提出权重的动态性和变化性。并采用主、客观相结合的方法来确定序贯决策的动态权重。最后,将本模型应用于渠井灌区灌溉方式的选择,计算结果表明了模型的实用性和合理性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcoming of stable weight in optimal model for multi-stage of water resources,a new multi-objective dynamic weight fuzzy model for sequential decision of water resources was presented, a new opinion on the weight about its dynamic and changeable character was advanced in this model. And a method named subjective and objective connection was used to get the dynamic weight of each stage. In the end, this model was applied to choose the appropriate irrigation mode in chanals and wells irrigation district,the results provedits practicability and rationality.
