| 摘 要： | 用95%乙醇提取栝楼根块,然后用石油醚萃取得石油醚部分,采用常规水蒸气蒸馏法提取其挥发油,采用毛细管GC-MS法分离出128个峰,确认了其中45种成分,所鉴定的组分占总峰面积的82.75%.

| Abstract: | The root of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maximo.was extracted by 95% ethanol,then the thickened solution was extracted with petroleum ether.The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation,then separated by capillary gas chromatography,and 128 components were separated.Among them,45 compounds were identified and their relative contents account for 82.75% of the total peak area. |
