关于农林院校学科专业结构调整的思考

农林院校是中国农业教育体系中的主体，担负着为农业教育系统培养高质量的师资人才、为农业产业发展培养和输送高素质、创新型农业专门人才的任务。从学科专业结构调整的动因出发，分析了学科专业结构调整中存在的问题，在此基础上，提出了建立与地方产业结构升级相适应的学科专业结构、形成特色鲜明的专业课程体系、提高教学管理队伍素质、建立和完善校院两级管理制度等可操作性建议。
