摘    要:通过理论分析和实验的手段对模具精加工技术——反求工程和磁粒研磨技术的结合进行了分析。对磁粒研磨加工的原理、工具磁极的设计、磁性磨料的结构以及反求工程的概念、应用、磁极运动轨迹加工代码的获得进行了详细分析。最终提出磁粒研磨和反求工程的结合是解决模具型腔精加工最有效的方法之一,并给出了该项技术的工艺路线。

Abstract:The finishing machining technology of the mould & die has been discussed by the theoretical and experiment methods in the article. The machining principle of magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF), the design of the magnetic pole, the configuration of magnetic abrasive and the equipment are introduced. In the meantime, it also explains the concept, and applications of reverse engineering (RE), and the steps of getting the working code of magnetic pole moving along the surface of workpiece. Finally, it is concluded that the combination of MAF and RE is the best effective method to machine cavity surface of mould & die, and provides the whole flow chart. The purpose of this research is to realize the automation of finishing machining of mould & die.
