吉林省玉米新品种抗丝黑穗病鉴定

摘    要:对吉林省29个中熟期玉米新品种进行了人工接种抗丝黑穗病的鉴定与评价。结果表明:29个玉米新品种中,高抗品种和抗性品种分别为11个和12个,中抗品种3个,而感病品种和高感品种分别为2个和1个。能达到抗病以上的品种所占的比例达79.31%,而感病和高感品种占10.35%。说明吉林省所选育的中熟期玉米新品种多数为抗病品种,但也存在着感病甚至高感的遗传因素。

Abstract:It was identified and appraised that 29 new varieties of maize in maturity of Jilin province were inoculated with head smut. The results showed that in 29 new varieties, the highly resistant varieties and resistant varieties respectively were 11 and 12, the medium resistant varieties were 3, while the susceptible varieties and highly susceptible varieties respectively were 2 and 1. The proportion of the varieties that could achieve above disease - resistant was 79.31%, and that of susceptible varieties and highly susceptible was 10.35%. Proved that new varieties of maize in maturity eslected in Jilin province most were resistant varieties, but also existed susceptible, even highly susceptible genetic factors.
