| 摘 要： | 分子生物技术的兴起和统计方法的发展为数量性状位点 (QTL)基因的鉴定提供了可能。为推动数量性状位点基因在作物育种中的应用 ,本文简要叙述了用于数量性状位点基因的鉴定与 Q× E分析。列出了Q× E分析的几种数学模型 ,举例介绍了方法的应用

| Abstract: | With the development of molecular biology and statistic analysis,quantitative trait loci (QTL) gene is identificated that has been possible.The identification of QTL and the analysis of Q×E for the utilization of crop breeding is simply introduced.It is given some kinds of models of Q×E and the example of usage in the paper. |
