| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economy condition, the development of the new-type of rural family economy in conformity with modern productivity level and market economic system was very important. Property relations , the system of expenses and taxation, the market system , the cooperative system, the administrative system, will promote the development of new-type of rural family economies greatly, make this kind of form become the dynamic social cell. |
