摘    要:目的]探索重新调配养分供给对奶牛产奶量的影响。方法]在不改变饲粮原料种类与数量的前提下,调整每顿优质蛋白质和产奶净能值的供给,研究其对奶牛产奶性能的影响。结果]调整后奶牛日均标准产奶量提高2.12 kg,达0.1显著水平。在精饲料蛋白质与粗纤维略有变动、蛋白质品质有较大改动的情况下,晚上精饲料干物质采食量增加0.47 kg时次日早晨产奶量和乳脂率分别提高0.54kg和0.292%;早晨精饲料干物质采食量减少0.23 kg时中午产奶量和乳脂率分别提高0.74 kg和0.102%;中午精饲料干物质采食量减少0.23 kg时下午产奶量基本不变,但乳脂率提高0.408%,差异极显著。结论]早晨和中午饲喂配方一致和饲喂量相等饲料的2号料设计符合奶牛实际生产模式与代谢特点,效益明显。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of readjusting the nutrient supply on the milk yield of dairy cow.Method] On the premise of not changing the species and quantity of feed materials,each supply of high-quality protein and net energy for lactation was adjusted to study its effects on the production performance of dairy cow.Result] After readjustment,the daily mean standard milk yield of dairy cow was increased 2.12 kg and reached a significant level at 0.1 level.Under the conditions that protein and crude fiber were slightly changed and protein quality was greatly changed in the concentrated feed,when dry matter intake of concentrated feed in the evening increased 0.47 kg the milk yield in the next morning and milk fat percentage were increased by 0.54 kg and 0.292% resp.;when dry matter intake of concentrated feed in the morning decreased 0.23 kg,the milk yield and milk fat percentage in the noon were increased by 0.74 kg and 0.102% resp.;when dry matter intake of concentrated feed in the noon decreased 0.23 kg,the milk yield in the afternoon almost unchanged and milk fat percentage was increased by 0.408% with significant differences.Conclusion] Design of Formula feed No.2 that fed with the same formula and feeding amount of feed in the morning and noon was accordant with the practical production pattern and metabolic characteristics of dairy cow and had obvious benefits.
