摘    要:将杨树和野生大豆的DNA提取出来,然后采取直接导入法转入大豆,在后代中发现外源基因在大豆细胞内存在,并表现多种变异性状。

Abstract:DNA of poplar and wild soybean have been collected and directly led into domestic soybean. It was found that the foreign gene existed in soybean later generations and it expressed many characters of variation.
