摘    要:草地早熟禾Poa pratensis具有诸多优良性状,是一种优质的冷季型草坪草,在城市绿化、运动场建设和高速公路绿化等方面广泛应用.从草地早熟禾再生体系、遗传转化两大方面综述了近20年来国内外草地早熟禾转基因技术育种的研究状况和进展,结合我国实际,展望了转基因技术在我国草地早熟禾育种中的发展前景.

Abstract:Kentucky bluegrass is a high-quality cool-season turfgrass with many good properties. It has been used widely in city greening, sports field construction, freeway greening etc. This article summarises the genetic engineering research on Poa pratensis L. in the last 20 years from two large aspects, namely, regeneration system establishment and genetic transformation. Taking into account the realities in China, this article also looks at the development prospects for genetic transformation technology in the area of Poa pratensis L. breeding.
