| 摘 要： | 通过RAPD分子标记方法对13份玉米材料进行遗传多样性研究,将其划分到相应的杂种优势类群中,通过与材料的系谱和数量遗传学划分结果比较,有一定亲缘成分的自交系多归于一类,说明利用RAPD分子标记方法可以对玉米自交系亲缘关系进行划分.

| Abstract: | 13 maize inbred lines can be divided into the appropriate heterotic groups through the RAPD markers on the analysis of the genetic diversity.Through the division results compared with the genealogy and the quantitative genetics,a certain same genetic components of the maize inbred lines attributed to a species of multi-genus colony.The indicating the use of RAPD markers on the division of the maize inbred lines genetic relationship is feasible. |
