摘    要: 用不同质量分数的PEG-6000对3个品种燕麦幼苗进行干旱胁迫,测定了胁迫后1~5 d内其叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化,研究干旱胁迫对燕麦保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在不同质量分数PEG 6000胁迫下,SOD、POD和CAT活性随时间延长呈先升高后降低的趋势;低胁迫水平SOD、POD和CAT活性增加值大于高胁迫水平,受胁迫植株的保护酶系统能够进行自身的调节以抵抗干旱伤害。

Abstract:This paper studied the changes of oat protective enzymes activities under different concentrations of polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG-6000) solutions stress in 1~5 days.The results showed that activities of SOD,POD and CAT were increased first and than decreased with stress elongation.The activities of three enzymes under low stress levels increased more obviously than high stress levels.The protective enzyme system of oat under drought stress could adjust themselves to avoid the harms of drought stress.
