壳聚糖对草鱼生长及肌肉营养成分的影响

选择体重为70 g左右的健康草鱼450尾,随机分成5个处理组,分别为基础饲料组、抗生素组、添加0.25 %、0.50 %及1.00 %壳聚糖组,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复放养30尾[0]鱼,进行为期40 d的饲养试验.结果表明,壳聚糖能显著促进草鱼生长,增加草鱼背肌粗蛋白含量,减少粗脂肪含量,显著影响草鱼的投饵系数和内脏指数.与基础饲料组相比,添加0.25 %、0.50 %、1.00 %壳聚糖组草鱼的增重率分别增加56.6 %、72.8 %、65.5 %;背肌粗蛋白含量分别增加4.93 %、8.77 %、2.81%;添加0.25 %和0.50 %壳聚糖组投饵系数均下降8.4 %,但添加1.00 %壳聚糖组其投饵系数显著高于其他各组.综合考虑各项指标,在草鱼饲料中以添加0.50 %壳聚糖较为适宜.

Effects of chitosan on growth and nutritional composition of muscle in Ctenopharyngodon idellus
